— WE BELIEVE IN SOLVING ISSUES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS AS IF IT NEVER WAS A CHALLENGE.
Plug catchers are designed to catch debris and plug parts from the well during operations. Using a stick pipe or coil tubing fragments of rock, cement, and other debris are filtered out, saving your downstream equipment from
needing repair later. The placement of your plug catcher, on the high-pressure side of the flowback manifold, stops debris from getting to your sand separator and your choke manifold. R&H Machine plug catchers support this well cleanup.
At R&H Machine, we know you expect efficient, well-made, quality parts and equipment. Our plug catchers are designed for quality, and with safety in mind. Our plug catchers have been tested and proven in the field.
Benefits
of our Plug Catchers:

The horizontally mounted manifold and catch chamber, along with a perforated pipe collect debris, and the bypass line allows for isolation and depressurization of the screen, so the debris can be collected and measured.
Our laser cut slots and integrated screen system create the perfect debris catcher. Keeping your employees' safety in mind, we created our screens to be easily removable when they need to be cleaned or replaced. Our plug catchers' many features can be tailored to fit your systems' requirements.
