R&H Machine is proud to be a Texas-born business, with a history dating back to February 1, 1992. Opening with just one employee, $3,200, and a lot of hard work and dedication, Rae Burrows created quality solutions that allowed the company to grow quickly, doubling the space in 1995. Through word of mouth, quality work, and fast turnaround times, growth continued, and Rae added additions in 1997, 1999, and 2000.
In November 2006, R&H Machine moved to its current location, a 26,880 sq. ft. manufacturing plant, located in Longview, TX. This expansion was needed to facilitate the complete machining support of a large railcar manufacturer.
Being involved in the community is important to us, and since 2008, R&H Machine has supported and taken an active role in organizing the Great Texas Balloon Race! Sabine High School's sports divisions are always supported by a grateful team from our company. We are also an active member of the Longview Chamber of Commerce. R&H Machine is continually looking for opportunities to impact the community.
In 2012, an additional 10,000 sq. ft. of fabrication space was added to the facility to meet customer demands. Our continued growth is due to our employees, who pride themselves in providing the best product they possibly can, each and every day.
In 2018, the second generation of this family-grown business started paving the way for future success. Holly Richardson, the current owner, grew up with the company, learning from seasoned veterans. With her partners, Jerad Richardson and Brian Traywick, they are opening and implementing new business perspectives while maintaining the quality of deliverables that our customers have become accustomed to throughout the years!
